Description
The SS Thistlegorm is a world-renowned wreck dive located in the northern Red Sea near Sharm El Sheikh. This British cargo ship, sunk during World War II in 1941, lies at a depth of around 30 meters and offers divers a fascinating underwater museum frozen in time. Inside the wreck, you’ll find motorcycles, trucks, rifles, boots, and even locomotives — all perfectly preserved. Over the years, the site has become a thriving artificial reef, attracting large schools of fish, barracudas, and sea turtles.
